Iapos;m watching the last episode of CSI:Miami on the disc before sending it back to Netflix, and they have done something that bugs the hell out of me. Iapos;ll believe they can match a sliver of plastic to a single car in Florida. Iapos;ll believe that they can make a DNA match within 3 minutes. I can believe that a city crime lab has 3D holographic capabilities for showing how things happened. Iapos;ll believe a lot, within the confines of the show.

But give me some credit for logic. One of the CSIapos;s has a psycho ex, heapos;s out of jail and starting the cycle again. Arranges for a confrontation so she pushes him at a crime scene, he gets a restraining order. Then he gets a job as crime scene cleanup, shows up and brandishes the order to make her leave the scene.

I canapos;t believe for a moment that dead people mopup private company has any power over law enforcement at a crime scene. And Iapos;m pretty sure, but not positive, that someone with a restraining order can show up somewhere that the served is already located and make them leave, especially at work or at a public place.

Iapos;m willing to give them my suspension of disbelief for much of the show, but there is a point where basic logic is stronger than Caine whipping off his sunglasses and making a deadpan one liner.
